Speaker

Jeanette OxlundJeanette OxlundTransformational Mentor, Meditation Teacher, Author

Jeanette Oxlund is a leading mentor in personal development and transformation, working with mindfulness, meditation, and the deeper inner patterns that shape how we live, lead, and relate to ourselves. For more than 18 years, she has guided high-profile individuals across business, culture, and sport – from founders and executive leaders to some of Denmark’s most recognised public figures.

Known for bridging science and spirituality, Jeanette brings together mindfulness, neuroscience, biohacking, and ancient wisdom in a grounded approach to human potential. She was among the early pioneers bringing mindfulness and meditation into executive leadership, long before inner work became part of the conversation around high performance.

At the heart of her work is our inner dialogue. She sees self-love as a practice – and a pathway to deeper self-worth, trust, freedom, and connection.

With a warm, intuitive, and grounded presence, she invites people beyond the endless pursuit of becoming better versions of themselves and towards something softer and, perhaps, more radical: coming home to who they already are.

Anda-Maria MihuSTAGE HOSTAnda-Maria MihuFounder of Women's Health Unfiltered

I’m Anda-Maria Mihu, founder of Women’s Health Unfiltered, a Copenhagen-based event series creating space for honest, meaningful conversations around women’s health.

I’m passionate about creating human-centered experiences that bring people together, spark curiosity and make space for more open conversations. Through Women’s Health Unfiltered, I create and moderate conversations around women’s health, from menstrual and sexual health to fertility, motherhood, the nervous system and wellbeing.

I believe real change in health starts when we create spaces where people feel seen, heard and empowered to speak openly about what has been left unspoken.
