Ayu Cacao is a small Danish brand bringing 100% pure, ceremonial-grade cacao to Denmark — single origin from Sri Lanka. We import our cacao directly from one family-run farm, where we've built the relationship ourselves and follow the entire process from bean to bar. Nothing is added — no sugar, no milk powder, no fillers. Just cacao, exactly as nature made it: fermented, sun-dried, and stone-ground to preserve its natural nutrients, theobromine, magnesium, and flavanols. At our stand, guests can try our ceremonial cacao as both a traditional cup and a modern cacao latte, and take home our signature 200g ceremonial bars. We'll also be offering cacao ceremony and kundalini yoga sessions in our own space during the week, with room for 12 participants per session — a calm, grounding counterpoint to a busy expo day. We donate 10% of our profits to local causes in Sri Lanka, chosen by our customers, keeping our brand rooted in where the cacao comes from.
