Butcher’s Lab is a CrossFit gym in Copenhagen built around movement, community and having fun while getting stronger. We believe training should be for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or experience. For Copenhagen Health Week, we’re bringing a taste of CrossFit to the expo with fun, accessible workouts and activities that everyone can join, whether you’re completely new to CrossFit or already an experienced athlete. Expect movement, good energy, a strong community spirit and a chance to experience what makes CrossFit so much more than just a workout.
