Mastering mitochondria, circadian rhythm and aerobic training

KeynoteDeep Dive StudioBODY

About the session

What if more energy, better performance and a longer, healthier life started inside your cells? Your mitochondria are the engines that turn food and oxygen into energy. Nearly everything, from metabolism and recovery to resilience and healthy ageing, is downstream of how well they work. That makes them the place to start. The more you have and the better they work, the stronger and more energetic you become, whether you're an athlete or simply want to feel your best for decades to come.

The good news is that you can build them at any age. In this deep-dive session, physiologist Mads Tærsbøl shows how the right kind of training strengthens your engine and how a full physiological assessment reveals how you should actually train. Looking at VO2max and Zone 2 alone isn't enough. The real gains come from understanding your individual physiology and the specific rate limiters holding you back. You'll discover how your body's natural daily rhythm, shaped by light, sleep and meal timing, can either support or undermine your health.

You'll leave with a clear understanding of how to train smarter, live in sync with your body's natural clock and build energy that lasts a lifetime.
