I’m Anda-Maria Mihu, founder of Women’s Health Unfiltered, a Copenhagen-based event series creating space for honest, meaningful conversations around women’s health.

I’m passionate about creating human-centered experiences that bring people together, spark curiosity and make space for more open conversations. Through Women’s Health Unfiltered, I create and moderate conversations around women’s health, from menstrual and sexual health to fertility, motherhood, the nervous system and wellbeing.

I believe real change in health starts when we create spaces where people feel seen, heard and empowered to speak openly about what has been left unspoken.
