Urban Sound Journey
About the session
What if the soundtrack to your mental reset wasn’t silence, but something with a beat? Urban Sound Journey is a powerful, music-driven experience designed for modern minds and busy lives. Combining specially produced contemporary music with simple guided exercises, Kristian Humaidan invites participants to slow down, shift perspective, power up and reconnect with themselves. Music becomes the vehicle for moving from one state of mind to another, giving participants a chance to experience how sound can influence attention, emotion and presence. A fresh take on meditation and mental wellbeing, created for people who may not naturally gravitate towards traditional mindfulness, but still need a way to pause, reset and recharge.
