Simon MunkshøjSimon MunkshøjSomatic energy work for capacity, embodiment and life force

Simon Munkshøj is a Denmark-based somatic energy practitioner working across body, breath and subtle energy. His practice offers 1:1 sessions and mentorship online worldwide, as well as in-person sessions in Copenhagen, with a focus on helping people build the capacity to hold more awareness, aliveness and change in the body.

Trained in somatic bodywork therapies, Kundalini activations and Spinal Energetics, Simon brings an embodied, experiential approach to transformation. At Copenhagen Health Week, his work speaks to the growing conversation around nervous system capacity, embodied awareness and the role of energy-based practices in contemporary wellbeing.

Creator of SoundWheel, guiding restorative sound journeys for focus and renewal

Kristian Humaidan is the creator and foundeof SoundWheel, a Nordic-based approach that combines contemporary music with guided visualisation to support mental health in everyday life. With a background in music and meditation, he designs and leads immersive sound journeys that offer short, focused reboots for the mind.

In live settings, Kristian guides participants through carefully composed musical soundscapes and reflective exercises designed to encourage psychological safety, focus and renewal. His sessions help people pause, recharge and reconnect, while supporting organisations in building cultures of wellbeing, creativity and trust.

Bringing together artistic craft and an understanding of human dynamics, Kristian explores the role of tailored music in a mental health context. His work has recently been the focus of a case study by Dominik Havsteen-Franklin, Professor of Practice in Arts Therapies at Brunel University London.
