Beyond Red Light Therapy"
About the session
Red light works. The question is whether it is the only light that does, because the mitochondrial electron transport chain (ETC) contains several classes of light-sensitive molecules that can positively influence our physiology. Flavins, hemes, and copper are distributed along these pathways, each absorbing a different region of the spectrum, with potential influence extending beyond energy production into circulation and secondary cellular signaling. These wavelengths remain largely overlooked, but their benefits are hiding in plain sight. This presentation will take a deep dive into multi-wavelength light therapy and discuss the clinical benefits of light and laser therapy in promoting healing and longevity.
