Pia Norup
Doctor and author connecting functional medicine with everyday prevention
Pia Norup is a Danish doctor, author and certified IFM Functional Medicine Practitioner. She is the founder of Omnia Clinic in Hørsholm, where she works with a whole-person approach to health, combining medical assessment with lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, stress, gut health and hormones.
Known to many Danish audiences from TV 2’s Kan man spise sig rask? and Fede forhold, Pia has also written several health books, including Kronisk Sund, Aldrig mere træt, Styrk dit immunforsvar and Styrk dit stofskifte. Her work focuses on prevention, chronic and autoimmune conditions, energy and the practical choices that can support better health over time.
At Copenhagen Health Week, Pia brings a clinician’s perspective to one of the festival’s central questions: how people can take meaningful, informed steps towards better wellbeing without losing sight of evidence, context and individual needs.
