Christina Colding
Breathwork and crystal sound for deeper states of restoration
Christina Colding is a breathwork and sound healing facilitator whose work brings together conscious breathing, crystal bowls and immersive sound. Her Alchemy Journey, offered in one-to-one and group formats, combines breathwork and sound to help participants move into a more meditative, inward-focused state.
With a practice shaped by Ashtanga yoga, Ujjayi breathing and a range of breathwork traditions, Christina guides sessions that invite self-regulation, release and reconnection. At Copenhagen Health Week, she brings a sensory approach to wellbeing for anyone curious about the relationship between breath, vibration and the body.
ABOUT THE SESSION
A Safe Landing — Breath Awareness & Guided Meditation
4 OCT · Experience Stage · 13:40
A conference fills us with ideas, conversations and inspiration. This session offers a place to let it all settle.
Through gentle breath awareness, guided meditation and soft music through headphones, we create the conditions for the nervous system to slow down and the mind to become quieter. As the noise settles, space opens for deeper listening — for the awareness, creativity and intuitive intelligence that often get drowned out by constant input.
Nothing to do. Nothing to achieve. Just a place to land.
ABOUT THE SESSION
Beyond the Noise — An Immersive Sound Journey
4 OCT · Deep Dive Studio · 14:55
Stillness is where this begins, the journey goes further.
This deep dive begins with gentle breath awareness before unfolding into an immersive meditation with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Sound is not only something we hear but something the body receives as the analytical mind quiets, resonance and vibration become a landscape to move through.
What emerges is different for everyone: deep rest, expanded awareness, a richer sensory experience, or space for insight and creativity to surface.
There is nothing to achieve here, only an invitation to receive.
