What if healthier skin and hair start much deeper than what we see on the surface?
This panel explores the emerging field of skin and hair longevity, looking at how our internal health, hormones, stress levels, nutrition and different life phases influence how our skin and hair age — and importantly, how they respond to regenerative treatments.
From hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause to chronic stress, rapid weight loss and the growing use of GLP-1 medications, many factors can contribute to changes in hair density, skin quality and our ability to regenerate.
Together, we will explore why the same treatment — whether PRP, light and laser therapies or other regenerative approaches — can produce very different results depending on the individual receiving it. What happens when the body is under prolonged stress or lacking the biological building blocks needed for repair? And should we be looking at internal health before deciding which external treatment to use?
Rather than treating hair loss or skin ageing as isolated cosmetic concerns, the conversation will connect inside-out health with outside-in regenerative treatments — and explore how combining the two may represent the next generation of beauty and longevity.
