Her mission is to create more openness, knowledge, and nuance around sexual wellbeing, empowering people to build a deeper connection with themselves, their bodies, and their relationships.

Sensuality is our ability to feel - the world around us, the body we live in, and the life moving through us. In this 30-minute guided meditation, Lærke Frigioni invites you out of your mind and into your senses, awakening a deeper connection to your body and the present moment.
Through breath, awareness and sensory exploration, we’ll slow down enough to notice what is already alive within us. A space to soften, to feel, and to reconnect with your inner aliveness. Come as you are, and leave feeling a little more alive.
