I am motivated to fill the knowledge gap in womens health. Women live nine years more in poor health compared to men and the majority of the burden is present before retirement. I have spend the last more than 25 years in this field as a medical doctor in infertility and pregnancy loss, as a professor studying normal and diseases across the female lifespan and as an entrepreneur co-founding Maternity Foundation with the goal of saving lives in childbirth, Ovacure to accelerate treatments for ovarian cancer, Enya building the future of menstrual cycle tracking and NimaLife tacking the guesswork out of pregnancy and womens health by data
