Founder & CEO O-live
Thomas Olivier – a former swimming champion and sports scientist – has dedicated his career to advancing personalised health. In 2011, he became the UK’s first registered nutrigenomics practitioner, pioneering DNA-based wellness. By 2014, he had launched the UK’s first company to offer DNA testing for athletes, setting a new benchmark in personalised healthcare.
His 2016 book, Cracking Your Health Code, introduced science-led coaching methods, which led to the founding of the Gensmart platform, launched in 2016, which allowed users to upload their DNA data to receive personalised recommendations and behaviour-focused habit-forming guidance. This was followed in 2017 by the launch of the Gensmart Academy, a training hub for individuals and health professionals in DNA interpretation and functional testing ( IFM ) In 2018, Thomas founded Omnos, the first data-driven health platform to integrate genomics, lifestyle, symptoms, and functional testing data ( 160+ functional tests ) – delivering personalised, prioritised recommendations for prevention and health optimisation with practioner guidance . Following the acquisition of Regenerus Labs, the UK’s leading functional testing company, in 2022, Omnos has seen 30% year-on-year growth. It now supports over 100,000 users and 10,000 practitioners across the UK and Europe, After more than seven years leading Omnos and Regenerus Labs, Thomas stepped down in March 2025 to launch O-LIVE — a Europe-first preventive health operating system built to solve healthcare’s execution gap by transforming fragmented clinical, wearable, and lifestyle data into seamless ambient health infrastructure for real-time personalisation, predictive prevention, and clinician-bounded governance
