ABOUT THE SESSION
From periods to longevity: what every woman should know about her body
3 OCT · Vision Stage · 13:30
A woman’s biology is not static. From our reproductive years through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and beyond, our hormones, metabolism, brain, bones, cardiovascular system and emotional health are constantly interacting and evolving.
Yet women’s health is still too often approached in fragments: fertility over here, hormones over there, mental health somewhere else — with symptoms treated individually rather than understood as part of a bigger biological picture.
This conversation explores what changes when we start looking at women’s health as a continuum rather than a series of isolated conditions.
Bringing together different perspectives on female biology, hormones, longevity and health, the panel will explore what women should understand about their bodies at different stages of life; how one phase can influence the next; and why symptoms may be signals worth understanding rather than problems to simply suppress.
Most importantly, we’ll ask a bigger question: What would women’s health look like if we stopped waiting for something to go wrong and instead gave women the knowledge, data and tools to understand their biology throughout their lives?
ABOUT THE SESSION
How to Live to 100 (Without Trying)
3 OCT · Impact Stage · 16:15
Your odds of reaching 100 are written less in your DNA than in your daily habits, and science can finally name which ones matter. Physician Ingrid Yang dives into the world's Blue Zones, the handful of places where people reliably reach one hundred, to show what actually drives human longevity. She walks through four drivers: what these communities eat and how they eat it, why their movement is not exercise, how they achieve cellular maintenance, and one single factor that matters most. The result is a system, built daily over decades, that helps these populations thrive well past 100. Blue Zones were never designed. They emerged where people made simple, consistent choices across generations. The question for you is: what does your Blue Zone look like at home?
