Raising awareness of energetic health and the new energetic body

Ever since Kathiuska was a child, she has held an inner vision of one day creating a centre for a new era of energy and spirituality, aligned with the new paradigm that is currently unfolding. Her mission is to contribute to the awakening of higher consciousness through a new energetic understanding of ourselves, our energetic health, and the transition from a mind-centred way of being to a deeper connection with the energetic body.

She is the founder of Halo House, based in Copenhagen, where she teaches and shares her knowledge through lectures, the New Era Spiritual Education Programme, and the online platform and community Halo Universe.

She is also the author of the book The Fifth Dimension and New Era Spirituality.

Before dedicating herself fully to her spiritual work, Kathiuska spent 15 years working as a stage manager at the Royal Danish Theatre while also teaching spiritual development. She later served as an internal mentor to the theatre’s employees.

At Copenhagen Health Week, Kathiuska presents a new perspective on health and well-being—one that extends beyond the areas we traditionally focus on. She invites audiences to explore energetic health and balance, and to discover how energetic practices can contribute to greater flow, vitality, joy, and overall well-being.

ABOUT THE SESSION

The nervous system: whats really running our biology

4 OCT · Vision Stage · 10:10

We talk a lot about optimizing our health – sleep, nutrition, hormones, movement, supplements and recovery. But underneath many of these sits a system we are only beginning to understand more deeply: the nervous system.

Our nervous system constantly reads and responds to the world around us. It influences how we handle stress and recover from it, but also how we sleep, digest, connect, perform and make decisions.

In this conversation, we’ll explore the nervous system as a foundational piece of understanding our biology. What actually happens when we become stuck in states of chronic activation or dysregulation? How does our physiological state shape the way we think, feel and respond? And why can two people exposed to the same pressure – or even the same health intervention – respond completely differently?

Rather than looking at stress as something we simply need to eliminate, we’ll explore how we can build greater capacity, flexibility and resilience within the nervous system – and why learning to understand and work with our own state may be one of the most overlooked foundations of long-term health and performance.
