Lærke Frigioni is a Danish sexologist, podcast host, sound medicine facilitator, speaker, and founder of Hot Sanctuary. She specializes in women’s sexual health, intimacy, relationships, and the connection between sexuality, the nervous system, and emotional wellbeing.

Her mission is to create more openness, knowledge, and nuance around sexual wellbeing, empowering people to build a deeper connection with themselves, their bodies, and their relationships.

Kathrine Estes is the founder of Illuma Somatics and creator of the Illuma Somatics Method. A hypnotherapist, Master’s student in Psychology and researcher at the University of Oxford, she works with clients internationally, integrating neuroscience, hypnotherapy and somatic methods to create lasting psychological and embodied change.
