Martin KremmerMartin KremmerFounder, CEO, Executive Health Coach

Martin Kremmer is a renowned speaker and biohacker dedicated to leveraging biological aging tests to prevent disease, build resilience, and extend healthspan for executives and elite athletes. Recognized as a leading figure in the Nordic biohacking community, he has devoted over 5,000 hours to studying human performance, biology, and stress physiology. As the CEO and Chief Health Coach at Freeage, he spearheads a data-driven approach to optimize healthspan, using biological aging tests to guide personalized interventions for Special Forces, Olympic champions, Tour de France cyclists, high-profile executives, and politicians, enhancing their resilience, focus, and vitality in demanding careers. Since 2019, he has coached hundreds of individuals and continues to do so, applying cutting-edge biomarker insights to prevent age-related diseases and boost longevity. Over many years, Martin has shaped the national scene of proactive health through organizing health-oriented events and talks, notably co-founding CPH Health Week and remaining involved to ensure the latest science and knowledge are surfaced properly.

With a 21-year career at a Big-4 company as a Global Director, Martin mastered the intersection of data, human behavior, and performance, providing extensive global travel (100+ days per year) experience in stress management, jetlag mitigation, and thriving under high-pressure conditions, with his expertise also spanning product innovation and design. Since 2012, his passion for biohacking has evolved into a mission to personalize health optimization through biological aging tests, leveraging epigenetics, blood-based markers, DNA, and hormones to fine-tune metabolic health, energy levels, and nervous system balance. A turning point came in 2019 when he took the TEDx Copenhagen stage to share insights on biomarker-driven healthcare, solidifying his mission to bring this science to a broader audience through Freeage’s innovative health testing services.
