Living Yolates

Felina is a Living Yolates instructor based in Copenhagen. Currently studying psychology, she is deeply passionate about exploring the connection between body, mind, and spirit—and how we can use this awareness to support our overall health and well-being.

Kathrine Estes is the founder of Illuma Somatics and creator of the Illuma Somatics Method. A hypnotherapist, Master’s student in Psychology and researcher at the University of Oxford, she works with clients internationally, integrating neuroscience, hypnotherapy and somatic methods to create lasting psychological and embodied change.
