Bioharmony
About the session
A BioHarmony session is an exploration of what happens when modern medicine meets the intelligence of the body. Together with Dr Tamsin Lewis, we begin by understanding where you are physiologically, emotionally and energetically—not simply where you think you should be. We explore the nervous system, stress, recovery, metabolic health and the signals the body is constantly communicating. Through breath, movement and sensory awareness, we shift from understanding the body intellectually to experiencing it from within. We work with interoception and proprioception—relearning how to recognise the subtle signals that often disappear beneath the noise of modern life. Simple challenges introduce variability and controlled stress, helping the nervous system rediscover its capacity to adapt. Science gives us the map; embodiment allows us to experience the territory. The session moves between learning, experimenting, activation and moments of deep regulation. There is nothing to achieve or perform—the intention is to create the conditions in which your own biology can recalibrate. BioHarmony is ultimately about coming back into relationship with yourself: not optimising the body from the outside, but learning to work with its intelligence from within.
Speaker
Boniface Verney-Carron
My name is Boniface Verney-Carron. I am an osteopath, acupuncturist, and body psychologist, specialising in the physical manifestations of emotional trauma and stress.
My interest in this field began more than 23 years ago through an in-depth study of the vagus nerve. That research led me to a deeper understanding of the profound connection between emotional wellbeing, neurological regulation, and overall health. Since then, my work has focused on helping people understand how emotional experiences can affect the body, and how restoring balance to the nervous system can support both physical and psychological healing.
