The ecosystem within: What your gut is trying to tell you

Fireside ChatVision StageBODY

About the session

From microbiome and parasites to testing, symptoms and the future of personalized gut health

Our gut is home to one of the most complex ecosystems in the human body – yet we are only beginning to understand how profoundly it may influence our health.

In this panel, we go beyond probiotics and generic gut-health advice to explore what is actually happening inside us. From the microbiome and microbial diversity to parasites and other hidden disruptors, we ask what we can measure today, what we still don't understand, and how these insights can translate into better health and even predict risk factors in the future.

Together, our panelists will explore:

• What does a healthy gut ecosystem actually look like – and is there such a thing? • How can changes in the microbiome show up far beyond digestion? • What role can parasites and other overlooked disruptors play? • What can today's gut tests genuinely tell us – and where are their limitations? • Can we move from generic gut-health advice towards truly personalized interventions? • And what will the next generation of microbiome science allow us to understand about our health?

A conversation about the hidden ecosystem within us – and why understanding it may change how we think about prevention, resilience and personalized health.
