Rasmus Just is a life-science executive, entrepreneur and investor with more than 20 years of experience turning science into medicines, companies and new health concepts. Alongside his career in biotech and pharma, Rasmus and his wife Kirsten founded OsteoStrong Denmark, driven by a shared interest in women’s health & longevity, human performance and helping people stay stronger for longer. At Copenhagen Health Week, Rasmus will explore one of the most underestimated pillars of healthy ageing: our bones.
DCDr. Christian Breymann
Prof. Dr. Christian Breymann is a lecturer and specialist in the fields of Gynecology, Obstetrics, and Perinatal Medicine. He speaks four languages: namely German, Italian, English and French. After studying medicine in Italy and Germany, he specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Zurich, later receiving his professorship in 2001. Prof. Christian Breymann founded his OB-GYN center in the heart of Zurich in 2004 and is affiliated with Hirslanden International Clinics and the University Hospital of Zurich. As a world-renowned researcher in the fields of Iron Deficiency and Anemia in women, he has published almost 80 articles in scientific journals in addition to having published his own book on Iron Deficiency and Anemia, currently in its second edition. He has created his own vitamin line to promote women’s health, aptly named: Fertility, Pregnancy, Beauty and Healthy Aging. This line has been expanded to include formulas for men’s health as well as immune support.

With a 21-year career at a Big-4 company as a Global Director, Martin mastered the intersection of data, human behavior, and performance, providing extensive global travel (100+ days per year) experience in stress management, jetlag mitigation, and thriving under high-pressure conditions, with his expertise also spanning product innovation and design. Since 2012, his passion for biohacking has evolved into a mission to personalize health optimization through biological aging tests, leveraging epigenetics, blood-based markers, DNA, and hormones to fine-tune metabolic health, energy levels, and nervous system balance. A turning point came in 2019 when he took the TEDx Copenhagen stage to share insights on biomarker-driven healthcare, solidifying his mission to bring this science to a broader audience through Freeage’s innovative health testing services.
